Because every family deserves to live better.

I help adolescents and families to dive deep and untangle what’s going on beneath the surface—whether that’s unresolved emotional pain, generational trauma, communication breakdowns, or intense patterns that feel stuck. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These approaches help teens and families build skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and more adaptive coping responses.

Understanding the impact of family dynamics is central to my work. I utilize a family systems approach to address unhelpful interaction cycles, improve communication, and foster more connected relationships. Whether you're facing stress, trauma, anger, or ongoing conflict, I specialize in guiding teens and their caregivers toward greater insight, resilience, and emotional relief.

The first step can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your life or family, I’d love to help. Email me to schedule a free consultation—we’ll talk about what’s going on and see if we’re a good fit.

I believe that every individual and family brings unique strengths and resilience to the healing process, even when it doesn’t always feel that way. Together, we’ll uncover and build on these strengths—whether it’s your willingness to face difficult emotions, the deep love you have for one another, or the small acts of courage you show every day. My goal is to help you recognize and nurture these inner resources so you can navigate challenges with greater confidence and hope. Emphasizing strengths alongside growth helps create a balanced, empowering path toward lasting change.
